I was very honored to be a guest speaker on the stage of BMW Conference (Business Men and Women – Success Mindset, organized by IABC (International Academy for Building Capacity) held at Padova Hotel – Beirut. It was a great pleasure for me to speech about the challenges of managing creative and gifted employee in business, benefits and limitation of using AI in recruiting process and what are the job candidate attributes that companies sought out.
